Appeals Experience in Every Arizona Higher Court

Trial courts don’t always make the right decisions. For example, a trial judge might incorrectly prohibit certain evidence from being introduced to the jury. Or the judge could wrongly reject a theory of liability in a case. When a major legal issue that affects a client goes sideways in Superior Court, we sometimes need to file an appeal with a higher court.
